Phantom Grey stone is quarried in Italy. The white/grey background along with the dark veins spin like a spiders web.  Small areas of ivory/cream colours can be present adding to its unique beauty. Dark grey veins will create gorgeous patterns. Phantom grey is the ultimate stone for contemporary and modern enthusiasts. Natural fissures can occur along junctions of the different coloured areas. They are not to be considered breakages or defects as it is a natural product. Any visible “imperfections” are a natural characteristic inherent within the material.  Every block is refined with traditional processes using the latest machinery and polished with natural waxes to preserve the originality and uniqueness of each piece. Acid substances such as carbonated drinks and/ or alcohol, oil, wine, vinegar and citrus must be removed immediately if spilt as it will affect the polish. For cleaning purposes, we recommend water, no solvents or abrasives. The glossy finish may be preserved with natural paste wax.
